If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are not refundable. Your Gift Card or e-gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. A delivery fee of $10 (flat rate) applies to all Gift Cards mailed to an address within Australia. Gift Cards redeemed for treatments on a weekend may incur surcharge.
